Assessing the compliance of AUPCN and APROMAC members with the RDUE and proposing a legality grid for exporting producers and millers.
- Mapping the legal framework (producers, millers and exporters of natural rubber or its by-products within the meaning of the EUDR) ;
- Design of legality grids to assess the compliance of producers, millers and exporters of natural rubber or its by-products ;
- Diagnosis of the compliance of AUPCN members assessed (+25 sites assessed) ;
- Propose a corrective action plan for each AUPCN member assessed ;
- Propose an approach to help AUPCN members conduct regulatory monitoring and due diligence within their supply chain.
