In partnership with the consultancy firms Oréade-Brèche, TEREA, Obbois and EticWood, BFConsult has participated in the development of standardised materials for the design of a forest certification guide for Central Africa.
The materials produced include standardised procedures, explanatory notes, calculation sheets, illustrations, etc.
The standardised materials produced cover certification systems, external social aspects, living conditions for workers and their dependants, workers' rights, health and safety at work, forest management, biodiversity and the environment, monitoring and reporting, and traceability.
The certification guide can be consulted online on Tashmetum, the web platform dedicated to forest certification documentation in Central Africa and is available in french, english and mandarin.
